Donna has worked with plaintiff lawyers since 1995. Her area of expertise is complex cases, including medical malpractice, birth trauma, sexual abuse, elder abuse, wrongful death, product liability, industrial injuries, major vehicle collisions, and premises liability. Several of her cases have resulted in multi-million dollar settlements or verdicts.

Donna has been extensively involved in litigating sexual abuse cases involving the Catholic Church, the Boy Scouts, the Quakers as well as medical and educational systems including Legacy, Kaiser, Providence, Mid-Columbia Medical Center, American Medical Response, Gresham-Barlow School District, and David Douglas School District.
Donna is highly skilled at interviewing clients and witnesses; reviewing and summarizing medical records, drafting pleadings, efiling documents in State and Federal courts, locating expert witnesses, preparing Summons and Subpoenas for service. She is dedicated to client satisfaction and gives clients a comprehensive understanding of the legal process. She is a loyal advocate for patient’s rights and a legal staff member of OTLA.
