We represent seven women on claims that they were sexually abused by Frederick Field, M.D., an anesthesiologist at Mid-Columbia Medical Center in The Dalles. Nineteen women have accused Dr. Field of molestation, and he has been indicted on charges involving 12 women. Our complaints allege that the highest-level officials at MCMC, including CEO Duane Francis and VP of Operations Diane Storby, knew or had reason to know of Field’s conduct, but failed to investigate or take any other action against him. The extent of the scandal will only become clear when the first of these cases goes to trial in Wasco County.
