Four women have accused Medford chiropractor Scott B. Cooper of touching them sexually during chiropractic adjustments and massage therapy sessions.
Police said the incidents they investigated happened between October 2017 and January 2018 at Cooper Chiropractic Care at 711 E. Main St. in Medford. Investigators called the women’s accounts “consistent” and said Cooper’s actions fell well outside the standard of care.
Police charged Cooper, 53, with one count of second-degree sex abuse, ten counts of third-degree sex abuse and four counts of sexual harassment.
