On April 27th, 32-year-old Portland cyclist, Stephen Stiffler suffered a broken clavicle among other injuries after a run in with Portland Police officer, Charles Harris. The tentative claim is for $65,000, but that may change depending on how Stiffler heals. Stiffler is being represented by Jason Kafoury, who recently won $306,000 for a client, in another case of Police misconduct.
