A joint lawsuit against Legacy Emanuel Medical Center and its ER manager was filed by five additional women. They are seeking at least $10 million in damages. This is the fourth lawsuit resulting from the accusations of sex abuse by ex-nurse Jeffrey McAllister, who worked in the hospital’s emergency room from October of 2009 until April of 2013.

Legacy Emanuel, Legacy Health (the parent company) and Edward Yoder (ER manager) are listed as defendants in this new lawsuit.
